2) Use biscuit cutter to cut out portion, fill, replace

3) Inject filling directly

*Icing Types:​

-Butter cream: sweet and has smooth, fluffy texture

-Royal: hard white icing made from egg whites and icing sugar, used for coating and decorating cakes

-Flat icing: contain little or no air

-Foam Icing: light and fluffy appearance like a meringue

-Glaze: hard white icing made from egg whites and icing sugar, used for coating and decorating cakes

CAKE: soft sweet food made from a mixture of flour shortening eggs sugar and other ingredients that is baked and often decorated
